LODGING POLICIES

At the Anegada Reef Hotel every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please email us fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date less a $75.00 processing fee per room.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements (284 495 8002)

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Absolutely No Smoking Inside of rooms. ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Unfortunately, our furry friends are not allowed at this time.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid picture ID. Gift certificates are not transferable and they must be used at initial stay and cannot be redeemed for cash.
